We're here when you need us...
To begin care, a registered nurse (RN) will visit you in the privacy of your home. Under the direction of your physician, a registered nurse case manager is responsible for the management of your care. This case manager coordinates a team of professionals who provide individualized treatment, incorporating physical, occupational and speech therapy, medical social services and our home health aides should you need them. We can also assist in helping you obtain necessary respiratory, laboratory, nutritional and medical equipment services.
Our staff recognizes that families are caregivers too. They are an important part of the Home Care team. We provide care and teach skills that lead to independence.
While you are a home care patient, your nurse is available 24 hours a day, every day, ready to answer questions and provide necessary care.
Our staff will help you research your insurance coverage and bill your insurance company, whether you are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross or other major medical and private insurance plans.
We are certified by Medicare and Medicaid, licensed by the state of Pennsylvania, and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
