To help you, Ephrata Community Hospital has a Patient Representative who is a liaison between the patients, facility, and providers. The Representative can assist you in obtaining answers to your questions and filing complaints.

The Patient Representative is available from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM, Monday through Friday except holidays.
